#1: The OKW Command Panther is unable to receive any additional veterancy once it has surpassed the vet 3 threshold. The normal OKW Panther (and other tanks) can be vetted up to vet 5.

Once it has past vet 3, trying to vet it will yield an error message "you cannot use this ability on this unit" (or something similar.)

#2: The sWs halftrack is able to receive veterancy from Elite Troops training ability despite not benefiting from it at all.

Is this a bug or something? I've certainly vetted my Command Panther to Vet 5 at one point...

I have achieved level five veterancy on my Command Panther before. It's probably a bug since Ostheer only has three ranks and elite ability probably gets confused.

I know we tested this actually in a recent version where I vetted Brads KT and Command Panther to Vet5, so it might be a new introduction. What exactly did you do?
