right click the page and should be in the drop menu

or there is a symbol top right or lower left somewhere. and you can add it as an exception that way as well.

I can navigate to the Extension options just fine, it is just the setup of Adblock Plus and its options menu itself that is weird.

You are not getting paid for views (well, unless you're seriously big and google contacts you for a deal, but not in this case), you are getting paid for clicks. Clicking on an ad with no intention of buying, rather to support the site, is essentially stealing money from the advertisers. And click incentivizing by site owners is forbidden by Adsense TOS.

EDIT: and if someone thinks to help out by repeatedly clicking the ads ... sorry bro, you'll do coh2.org worse by getting it banned from Adsense.

If you don't plan to click on any ever it probably doesn't make a difference. But it would be hard to get interested by some ads in the first place if you never see them!

At the end do as you wish, we don't force anyone to do anything.
