command tank aura and hull down stats

anyone know the stats/buffs they give? i can't find the info anywhere. i know hull down was buffed a while back to give +25% rof and range, but that's all i can find.

hulldown i think it gives like 50% less damage besides what u wrote or something like that, command tank is 20% less damage

It used to give armour bonuses a while ago. Then they redesigned it since no one was using it to be more useful - hence why the range increase can ensure that these tanks will 1v1 most other tanks. The panther (which benefits most) will just outrange an SU85 or M36 Jackson with this ability and will comfortable beat 1 in a 1v1.

As an additional question, does anyone know how much the command panther bonuses are? I remember the description says it gives some range bonus too at some vet level, and if I recall correctly it also affects your team mates units too.
So lets imagine a 2vs2 situation on rails&metal where one player is ostheer with one of those command tank & hull down commanders (one of those comes with elefant too, right?) and his team mate is okw special forces commander with vet4-5 command panther. How much would the command panther further benefit an ostheer panther in hull down?
Add the command P4 and okw repair truck and and we can talk about some serious turtling. Too bad the elefant can´t rotate while in hull down, would be scary with all those bonuses.
