Seeing as Relic are giving a War Spoils Questionnaire - I figured I'd add to it seeing this answer was not available.
This has already been part of COH2 from the beginning - unlock Rank 45 and the Opel Commander was yours - so we're not reinventing the wheel here.

I don't mind the current system.
I bought the commanders, don't really care much about war spoils unless I get something neat like a new victory strike or some whacky bulletins.

I would like a repeat of the old system.
All 6 WFA unlockable upon reaching level 45 (which I have already surpassed).

That would be an option, but the crafting system might be actually better depending how they implement it, because you could also use it for other kinds of items like bulletins.
