I feel overall Relic should have prioritized putting the Katyusha in a better spot. The damage with vehicles changes was done and it didn't even feel that bad at the end of the day. (even if we could test it just for a few days)

Relic, why OKW AA track cost 55 fuel now ? I remembered it cost 45 fuel before, and if it is a bug fix , why dont fix this one ??
