Sometimes in situations such as these, for preorders of products from companies who have gone bankrupt and are now defunct, credit card companies will suppress the charge until a later date. That date frequently coincides with the launching of the product by the new owner of the company and all of its intellectual properties. In such cases it is common for the charge to appear at such a date, sometimes doubled, just because that is how the 1% rolls. Expect a charge for $120 to appear on your statement on June 25th, 2013. At this point you can start to try to get your money back.

Man it says your credit card will not be charged It means your card was either never charger or you will get a refund
