So right now as Americans vs Ostheer the biggest problem I have faced is the old meta. The early and mid game go pretty smoothly, but later on a pak and a Tiger become a huge problem. The smaller AT gun struggles to penetrate, the Shermans are paper thin, and it squad wipes bazooka holders consistently.
When I identify a strat like this is going to be used, Do I just need to lay a bunch of mines and get like two jacksons and an AT gun and hope for the best? Or is it possible to spend less by getting the little tank destroyer, a jackson, and an AT gun?

jackson has huge range, cover it with bazookas and you're good. USF is much easier to deal with Ostheer tanks imo because they have lots of easily accessible bazookas.
57mm I think is pretty bad against tiger or panther, even zis takes long to kill them and 57 is a bit worse

57mm kills PzIV just fine, against Panther or Tigeryou better get a Jackson or you'll be crushed. If I'm a Soviet player, I'll wish I have the 57mm instead of Zis, it has focused sight at vet 1 and when you load AP round you can think of its as a Pak40.

Had this game I played, yes I was doing terrible and was up against 6 or 7 tigers in a 1hr 20min game. How I was able to win. Flak for infantry and M20 scout car mines for the tigers. Set up ambush, mines disable tigers AT guns picking this sitting duck off and Jackson's popping in and out
