I am a new player confused by certain features.
I came to play the Soviet Union. When a unit lost its memebers I was able to withdraw it back to the regimental headquarter to retrain it back to full strength. Yet for a unit whose health bar gets low but loses no memebers, I couldn't figure out a way to replenish the bar it back to full - is it because the game doesn't allow for health recovery or that I didn't do it the right way?
Some heads-up please!

Yes, you can heal your troops.
For Soviets you can build it from your Headquaters building. The upgrade called Field Infermary costs 250 manpower and 3 nurses will heal your troops.
For Wehrmacht you can build a bunker for 150 manpower and then upgrade it for 60 munitions to give you medics.
