I'd like to see them be reduced in both manpower cost and pop cap cost but given a fuel cost. It could be "minor" like 60 or 75.

We've seen them in CEVO tournament last night. Barton for example got one.
Was it useful for Barton? Can't see them being effective with that low amount of shells and small AoE.

As a reference point to danielD post. 1 fuel = 5 manpower. 60-75 fuel is 300-375 mp reduction.

Well, he did some meaningful killing with it. But I do agree that its too costly in menpower.

It would be nice to see it used more often and a MP decrease would solve that.
