I did something like this against a friend of mine.
He was allowed to ban one unit per tier. He banned the riflmen, the sniper, the M8 and the TD. I built the barracks and built a grand total of 7 jeeps and 4 additional engis. It lasted until he got the HT... but at that point I had a tank -> gg. (Note: I noticed in the replay that he floated a boat of manpower - 700 I think?).
I can post the replay should anyone want it.
Against any competent opponent this strat is sure to fa.. I mean win! (except when he has a half-track.. or an AT-gun...)
