is 3v3 random automatch borked ?

i have played 6 soviet random automatch games.

3-4 of the games one of my random teamates drops before the game starts (they don't even start the loading progress bar).

this was not the case BEFORE the 3/28 patch

are there just a bunch of soviet griefers - that want to lose alot, so they can lower their rank ?
or
is automatching borked
or
are the battle servers borked ?

anyone getting having this problem ?

Random 3v3 and 4v4 automatch is terrible and in hindsight, should not exist... it screws over the players who are trying to play. Its not worth trying...
