I really liked the story line of The Adjustment Bureau and found it quite fascinating. It was a bit predicable but Nolfi keeps the film going and kept the attention of me. It makes you think about fate and destiny. And ofc Emily Blunt and Matt Damon are quite convincing as a couple :P

I'm a fan of Emily Blunt and Matt Damon but to me the movie was a bit of a disappointment, only because I had such high expectations of it. It wasn't a bad movie, it was entertaining and had a decent story line but in the end the story had too many holes in it. To me it's a low 7.x on the imdb scale (and I just went and checked and it got 7.0).

Django Unchained :P I loved it. But I already like both Westerns (I've seen other Django films too, there are like 30 :D ) and Tarantino films in general :P

Esp Christopher Waltz is just such an entertaining actor, his dialogues and his way of acting are just hilarious :D

edit: added it to the list and gave it 4 stars, it's really close to 5, but I think the middle part is just slightly too long and the film loses a bit of momentum there.

No he shouldn't it's disgusting. :)

I really like Django Unchained, really good acting and a great story. There was a bit to much blood which made it a bit "laughable" though. I also did'nt like that Waltz was so clever in the beginning/middle of the movie but in the end/at candyland he was quite the opposite of clever. He could of done something different or atleast tought of something.

Overall, a very good movie. I don't think many movies which comes out later this year can top this.

I remember that after seeing "There will be Blood" my thoughts were that it was weird, a bit too long, and that Lewis is boss. :p

I heard that Will Smith was the one considered for Django in the first place, and TBH I think he would've been a worse fit. He's a great comedic and dramatic actor but I don't think he could give the played down performance Jamie gave. I liked Django as a cooler, quieter guy who thinks before talking, and I don't think Will Smith could pull that off as well.

I've just seen Invictus and Zero Dark Thirty and I both gave them 3 stars (and a half if possible ^^). Zero Dark Thirty is quite an interesting film since it breaks quite obviously with the classical Hollywood ideas. Bigelow reveals almost no personal information about the protagonist and only focus at her CIA work. This, combined with with realism gives the film an almost documentary feeling.

Invictus is also quite a nice film. Morgan Freeman is awesome as always, but it feels like the film is just a little bit too much trying to show the goodness of black and white together..

Zero Dark Thirty looks quite intresting, might just see that one. But isn't it like many other movies. Like, look at us we're the U.S, FuCK YeA. :S

Not exactly sure what you mean but...I think the review by Symbiosis was spot on. Very clinical look at how the investigation went down and ESPECIALLY the raid itself which felt very realistic.

It also shows several failures that cost people their lives and torture scenes. I would hardly call that a pro-U.S. viewpoint.

Just watched "Flight" Denzel Washington stars as an alcoholic pilot that made a miracle emergency landing in a field after a mechanical failure (6 of 100+ passengers died). He battles his addiction while waiting to testify at a government hearing, but if they discover he was drunk while flying there will be a long prison sentence. 4/5 stars
