it seems like they're not appearing like they use to...
is anyone else having this problem?
for example, when a model dies sometimes it doesn't make the EXP kicker, and sometimes when a bunch of units die, only 1 exp kicker is created
EXP kickers broken?

now that you mention it yes, especially in the fog of war (ie drop arty and they disappear into the FOW)
