my bulletin is not being unlocked or not even updating.
even when I kill IS2 with tiger to unlock the tiger bulletin coh2 doesnt show the new number of IS2 destroyed.

You need to fully describe how you are trying to do this. Are you in campaign, are you connected online...? I have not tried to unlock bulletins since the last update, is it broken now?

I played online vs player vs AI bt my bulletins is not getting updated.
Like I destroyed 19 T34 before now when I destroy a new T34 my bulletins doesnt show me that 20 T34 has destroyed.

I'm getting some bugs like this as well with the T34/85 upgrade. Calling in these units do not count for the bulletin unlock.
