getting games on vetoed maps

I have 3 maps vetoed, I always check they haven't been "removed" from veto however quite often these days i'm getting games on these maps, anyone else having this problem?

this is part of the intended system.

Veto doesn't work as complete map exclusion, it just lowers probability of getting the map.
Say, you play 2v2 random, each player have different maps on veto, there is no way that one of them will not get on his veto map.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

I have none of the maps vetoed. However, often when I do put veto on a map. I seem to get games on that map 10x more. (oka winter)
Not sure if it's just coincidence or maybe some glitch in server that actually gives preference to vetoed maps.
