Derailing the DR-K320
Welcome back folks, to a double-release!
In part 1, I have for you my new map, Derailing the DR-K320.
This map, designed for 1vs1 and 2vs2, makes use of copious cover, deep snow and immovable obstacles, forcing teams to fight where they might not want to.
"During Operation Wieniec, in the winter of 1942, Polish Partisans sought to utterly disrupt the supply links that the advancing Ostheer had established, through the conquered territory of Warsaw. Among the sabotage was the desire to derail the Wehrmacht Freight Train, Deutsche Reichsbahn – Klassifikation 320. On board were half a battalion of reserve infantry, correspondence from the West, and high orders from the German Command: the key to the Partisan’s further survival in seclusion, and their offering to the Soviet War Machine. However, with Soviet forces in reserve, and Ostheer patrols on the advance, the DR K-320 would not be taken so easily."
