1- Russian commmanders appeared during loading screen. Able to choose them when game started.

PD: i didnt get PPSH,Skillpanes or any ability since when i choose it it just dissapear.
PD2: offtopic, my opponent build lots of mines. And it was just super easy to clean them up with a minesweepes knowing where he build them. (For those defenders of pinpoint showing mines).

Lol wow. I've had this same commander bug multiple times now. I reported this during battleserver alpha but it wasn't fixed.
What I didn't realize was that 0cp abilities would be active
edit: Or is it the 0cp or all passive abilities? Wondering if this works with 3cp industry

Saw this happen during mTw livestream yesterday as well,I've informed Noun about it so it should be fixed.

I think it's related to the time before you start searching after you switch factions. Even though the lobby shows you have proper commanders the matchmaking server hasn't recognized that yet. I believe reconnecting to lobby after switching factions or waiting a few seconds before starting the search fixes it.

Not sure why you'd want them, Conscript Assault Package and Shock Troops are both better..
I'd be more interested in if Ostheer could get Shock Troops, or even the ISU-152 (omg powerful anti-infantry in the hands of Ostheer for once).

Necroing since i´ve been able to reproduce this pretty consitently.
1- Only works if you get invited to a party, not the other way round.
2- Before your partner starts searching for a game, you need to try and force a faction change which will inevitably switch you back/change commander loadouts.
3- Keep spamming and then have your partner start a game.
4- Voilá. You have Russian commander loadouts to choose now.
Since i dont have Soviet Industry i don´t know if this works or not with it. Same thing could be said about cammo on the At guns.
