Hi.
I cranked up the CoH2 settings to maximum on a 4 v 4... very crisp and no problems until the screen got very busy. Then just some minor stuttering.
CoH2 auto-detects all my settings as low.
My rig? A Cyberpower over-clocked gaming set-up. Not uber, but not shabby.
i5 - 3570K CPU @ 3.40 GHz 16.0 GB Ram Win 7 64 bit.
Video card - GeForce GTX 670.
Is this normal or should Relics optimization team say sorry?

i got 660 gtx and i can play at high-medium settings, its something to do with your pc
try to delete your coh2 configs (delete coh2 folder at "my games" in documents) and update drivers
you can also try updating DirectX (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35)
