What strategy are you having success with?

I have been very successful with this commander using this build.

-3X conscript

T1
-Sniper
-if they have weapon teams or assault grenadiers build scout car and upgrade engines with flamer
-1x conscript
-Medical upgrade
-AT nades

T2
-Typically I build MG, mortar and Tank gun in an order I think will be most helpful to me. If they have flamer truck with good micro get AT gun; If they have weapons teams get mortar and vet it for precision strike as fast as you can; if they build lots of elite infantry get MG.

Like any T1 build without guards flamer half track will make you sad. If you think your opponent will not screw up your micro and let you kill it with AT nades get AT gun as soon as you can.

Also, because you have both sniper and M3 your opponent might build scout car, but if you play smart it should not be a problem with 4 conscripts.

I do not get molitovs, and instead use the ammunition for mines and upgrade conscripts faster. You have flamer m3 to deal with mgs. and all the munitions you float later can be cashed in with strafing runs.

I used a similar build with other commanders just got penals instead of the 4th conscript, this commander lets me avoid penals thus giving me extra screening power vs scout car and flamer truck which counters T1 builds. Also, the call in t34/85 means you do not have to build T3 or T4 and thus going T1 => T2 is much less punishing.

I usually go T2 with cons + maxim. Radio intercept really helps the Soviet, like if Ost build 2MG then i'll get a mortar or I'll get a Zis if he build a HT. I usually OP muni around mid game to get ppsh for all my cons and spam mines then I'll go T3 and grab an M5 than get quad. M5 quad + maxim = gren melted in 2-3 burst, then I'll get T-34.
