Get GTX 660 and fx8350 cpu and you're good to go. FX8350 has 8 cores, the cpu is a fooking beast that will last for many years.

8 cores that are slower per core than the Intel chips so unless you do something that can utilize all 8 cores at the same time the Intel will be faster every time. For encoding or virtualization the AMD's are good but for gaming Intel murders AMD.

He's says he's on budget so fx8350 is the way to go, can't go wrong with fx8350, which is future proof for gaming. Also, you sound like an Intel fanboy Budwise.

An i5-4430 is $10 cheaper and outperforms it. I used to use AMD back when the Athlon 64's were kings. I'm a fanboy of whatever company is making better chips and right now its Intel. AMD has its place though, for example my server is currently running a 6 core AMD chip, but for gaming and general desktop use AMD simply doesnt compete performance wise. AMD is good on a tight budget but even there Intel has brought their i5's down to an incredible price point.

That comes out to around $650 (DVD drive not included). On that budget+build you have just enough money to pick up a R9 270x, GTX 660ti or GTX 760 for your GPU.

I agree with this build. I got the same mobo, CPU, PSU and RAM, the only difference is the case and videocard. Mine is RadeonHD 7870 2gb MHz edition that I got about a year ago for 160$
And boy, I can tell you that with this build you will be able to run CoH2 very very smooth on high. Note that I didn't say ultra but you still enjoy all the features. This build will cost you at around $700. Get it on newegg and sign for payment plan. Pay it off in six months with 0% APR @ around 120 bucks a month. Very simple.

And yeah, I'm not sure if any1 told you yet but you will need a new OS for your comp. windows 7 64bit will add up another 100 dollars to total cost, unless there is some crazy sale going on that I'm not aware of.
