In editor everything is fine but while in game my custom made map has these brown lines (i guess alot of ppl might have this but its only an issue on winter maps) Any ideas what is causing it ?? How do i fix it ??

I tried stamping my entire map to another new map, it didnt fix them, then i tried with different atmosphere settings but that didnt help. The brown lines cross all my different terrain textures too so it doesnt seem to be one of them causing it either. Its also going over splines, splats and ice but not over objects nor snow on top of objects. Any ideas what else i could test ??

I dont even know what that brown is, is it spline, splat, terrain texture, shadow... anyone got any idea what it is technically ? It covers whole map.

EDIT: It seems that setting my graphich setting's "image quality" to minimum fixes this, anything more than minimum and it happens ingame, however only on my own map, not in any official maps. Any ideas ?

Screenshots (taken with different atmosphere settings)

Very wierd. Are there any textures in your tile editor that are that color?

Have you added clouds to your weather settings that aren't moving?

Did you check the amount of tiles per chunk?

Changing these 2 settings to 0 seemed to make those lines disappear, i dont know what these setting are, top one of those 2 adds brown "shadow" inside tree clusters, and bottom one casts brown shadow over entire screen/map.

Any ideas ? What are these settings and why they caused brown lines across the map ? Map seems fine without these so its not big issue but would be nice to understand :)

OK , here some news about this Problem :
The LAO strengh can not be the reason , because i was sending the Map Files now to xxCompany of Cowardsxx another well known Mapmaker and he was opening the map (unchanged ) in the Game !
He diddent saw anything like on the Screenshots , no Shadow problems , no brown Stripes !
If i open the the same File , i still have it and it makes no diference if i do it with LAO strengh 100 or 0 !
We was talking a lot about it , and it seems , it have some to do with the directx !
I let you know, if we find out more about it , we are working on this problem now !
i will write it in this treat...

This is because of the Tiles. You must be using too many tiles in one chunk. If you use more than 8, this happens. You can view the amount of tiles in a chunk by pressing the (button I forgot the name of) in the tile editor. If you see a tile that has more than eight, you can use the eraser tool to get rid of a texture from that chunk.

If you want to have more textures/detailing, you must use splines and splats to do so.

If this doesn't fix it, it could be that some snow textures in your atmosphere preset are off. Other than that, I cant say what it is without seeing it.

The tile editor as you described is the most likely culprit here.
