Well - it was only a matter of time.
I guess the steamcharts numbers are really showing that even lowering the price to $10 wasn't enough - there was a short bump in player numbers but 2 weeks later they're back to the normal 4k baseline.
Really wish they'd just fix COH to it's original pre Steam state at this rate.

Well, when you give advantage in a multiplayer game to those who paid for new and better units, is normal that people who doesn't want to pay more money leave.
BTW, all dlc's (commander, ToW, etc) were on sale too just a minute ago. But now its price is the usual, so it seems that the offer only applies for the base game.

I just switched on the game- the currently free commanders should be together with the standard ones you already have, no? They aren't appearing for me.

Valve mistakenly put the DLC on sale when instructed not to.
We've recently had a Steam Winter Sale where the DLC was all on sale, so we're focused on the main game sale at this point.
Sorry your the trouble.
Edit: It's been pointed out that the last ToW pack hasn't been on sale. The main point remains that we're focusing on the full game for this sale.

They don't appear to be showing for me either, I've put off buying industry and elite because of how much everyone gripes about them but tbh i was kind of excited to at least try them out. Is this something thats going to roll in based on location? its still noon-thursday here.

I have all the commanders at the army customiser, just tried windustry and luftwaffe. Luftwaffe was ok windustry was meh.

ah well we get to use them for the weekend & with snf nearly finished the next patch & accompanying bunch of new commanders will arrive, so the current batch probably will go on sale soon enough, hopefully they'll group up the non CE ones together for a reasonable price soon!

Oh please nerf Elite Troops before it goes cheap. I'll probably stop playing Soviets if every Ostheer in automatch comes with Elite Troops equipped.

It takes ages to get to level 100. I have played soon 300 games and still only at rank 87 (jumped now two ranks from the bonus experience or so).
I guess if I played this game as actively as DoW2 back then I would be easily rank 100, but that I played like mad.
