If you don't own PS you could use Gimp to create the tactical map but I think DrunkinGambit ment the map layout (territories), not a rework of the basic map.

The screenshots posted look like windows screenshots. You can create screenshots right from the wb by pressing ctrl+f3.

Hello Brummbaer Thanks for the précision i go in the Gimp for Create the tactical map and a new screenshots , but i not understand for the layout territory

Take a screenshot of the tactical map while playing your map, it will show how the territories are set up. Problem solved :)
