Clan RtN Recruitment

Since I'm back playing and enjoying Company of Heroes 2 again I've decided to revitalize Clan RtN.

For anyone unfamiliar with us, we've been a long-standing CoH 2 clan housing numerous top players and as far as I know we have more tournament victories to our name than any other CoH 2 clan to date. Our ultimate goal is to be a successful CoH 2 clan, but more than that to foster a small tight-knit community of skilled gamers who play numerous titles together, as competitively as possible.

The last time RtN was around it got quite large, and thus hard to manage. This time around I'll be enforcing stricter skill requirements and/or neglecting a higher percentage of applicants. Currently to join you must be:

1) Top 100 with at least one faction in 1v1, preferably more than one.
or

2) Top 50 with at least one faction in 2v2, preferably more than one. This can be accomplished with an AT partner or with randoms.
or

3) Top 10 with at least one faction in 3v3/4v4, preferable more than one. This can be accomplished with an AT partner or with randoms.

I understand that ladder rank is not always the best representation of player skill. In that vein, another option for joining is to play myself (or another clan member approved by myself) in a 1v1, best-of-three. Winning the Bo3 can be used in place of the aforementioned ladder rank requirements. Finally, if you have won a size-able CoH 2 tournament, you are probably also welcome in the clan.

Please note that you do not necessarily have to maintain these ladder ranks to stay in the clan, but it would be preferred.

Additionally, everyone in the clan will be expected to behave with a relatively high level of professionalism and manners. Excessive flaming/trolling/defamation of other users is unacceptable.

In the future I'd like to run community-wide tournaments as well as reboot our RtN only tournaments. Thanks to the generosity of Gari we were able to run a few clan-exclusive tournaments complete with prizes.

Thanks for the offer man but I actually went ahead and got us a mumble server. If you guys ever want to scrim for fun or practice let me know, always a good game when we meet COHEXPERTS on the ladder in automatches

I probably wrote too much, as usual. Sort of an occupational hazard type of thing... I studied history in college(university for you crazy Europeans ) so I'm used to constantly writing 15-20+ page papers.

People probably frequently gloss over my posts though especially when you have the attention span of Milka jk

Been playing COH since release of the first one.
I did a lot of 1v1s in COH1 in the early days. My skillset is however mainly focused on 2v2s as of now.

My old clan WMD is no longer active. So Im looking for group of skilled players to play some good 2v2 games with... and the occasional 1v1.

Im 27, did a bachelor in philosophy and am currently finishing off my master in international business. Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and born here.
