Advertised as 50 down 15 up. I got this level of speed after spending an hour and 45 minutes discussing how I was getting ripped off and was going to switch to another provider with no less then 7 reps. from Comcast.

You are in the correct interval. ISPs can never (and do never to my knowledge) guarantee any specific speed, since it is impossible, with my old employer the products where called stuff like "Internet 100/100" or something for 50-100mbit. Intervals are usually about 50% so at a glance it looks like you are in the correct interval and as such no issue in the eyes of the ISP.
Ask for the intervals of your product and they'll tell you what to expect.


Enough of that. Here is mine:



Only have 100/100 but would like to upgrade, ISP say they'll roll out Gigabit ports in the coming year but so far I'm stuck with this.
