I thought splats would always ride on top of splines, but it doesn't appear that way. I have a road (spline) and I wanted to add a crater (splat) on top of it. Unfortunately the splat is going under the spline, and I don't know how to fix that. Curiously if I move that splat around, I find that it does go on top of some other splines I've laid down, but under most. Hitting PgUp until it's the highest number (or PgDn all the way to 0) doesn't change it.
Any clues?
Thanks.

if you select a splat you can press the button "over/under snow" on the right side
so you can determine, so that it covers everything else or not.
and if you select a spline - you can put a hook at right side "on snow". the same system - if you make a hook the spline concealed all other.

That was the trick! Thanks.
