Every bulletin dropped to 0%. What can I do to fix this?

Edit: Holy hell, I somehow wrote in the wrong section. I would appreciate it if a moderator could move it into the Coh2 bug section.

Hi, today I logged in to see this. Either I reached level 100 without gaining any bulletin, or they got deleted. Same goes for the Campaign.
Every bulletin dropped to 0%. What can I do to fix this?

Same thing happened to me a month or two back. pretty much all my bulletins reset and my level went from 91 to 84. As far as I know there's no fix for this.
I remember Nullist replying to my question saying same thing happened to him, I guess he's not going to be able to give any insight into this now though...
