russian armor

AI problem

I've been building a map for me and my friend. I've had some bumps along the way, and this website has helped with those, but I've got one last problem. When ever I start up a custom game with my map, the AI doesn't build anything, it only spawns the basic unit, aka Deutsch: Engineers, and Russian: Conscripts/Engineer. I've looked around for answers, some say that the base might be too close the the edge, that wasn't it, others say it's the path/sector, but that wasn't it either. So if anyone can help me out on this it would be great.

So you checked to make sure that you've already selected calculate voronoi to create a base sector? Have you placed capture points under your point locations? Have you modified the terrain in some way as to create impassable terrain around some crucial pathway? Is your interactivity level set right? Just trying to spitball, maybe something will come to mind for you. I haven't had this problem but I think any of these things might contribute.
