Defensive tiger ace in a 2v2?

So after the patch players will get their resources back after 10 minutes. I faced a tiger ace in a 2v2 game, we went head on with the germans and it was an even game. Until the tiger ace showed up, without a baserush, just playing defensive and not running into anti tank guns and mines, and getting his resources back after 10 minutes. So how are the soviets supposed to win against this?

The patch is great, and the 16CP change is good, but the resources back thing is just ridiculous. 2v2's often take more then 20 minutes to finish, so the 16CP's will get reached by the majority of players.

Soviets are not supposed to win against this. The German player payed good money for that commander, he deserves to win.

If you want to win, buy the soviet industry commander and rush tanks to end the game before the 16cp mark. It's on steam for only $4!

I told that when the patch notes came up.

If the german player recovers income after 10 minutes, the Tiger Ace would be a utterly defensive unit. They removed the only vulnerability the Tiger Ace had, which it was that it needed to end the game FAST, and for doing so, it was vulnerable to mine traps and rams.

Now, the german player just need to park the TA in a VP point and help with the rest of the army his teammate to take another one. Wait 10 min and rejoice for a victory "well deserved".

I guess because it's Brad's favorite commander, it got buffed. What Greeb stated is what will happen now, just park it at a victory point.

Fact is that the tiger got buffed, when already overpowered. Why in god's name Relic..

I was gambling unit. All or nothing. It was nice idea.
But they need sell this commander. And 70% players play only germans. Bussines managers direct game ballance.
