Can't receive medal/achievement on CoH 2!

I am unable to receive the medal for completing the first campaign mission "Stalingrad Rail Station" on captain difficulty no matter how many times I complete the mission.

I can't receive the achievement in steam for this medal either. I have tried unistalling and reinsalling the game and completing the mission again. That didn't help either.

I also have a similar problem with the "Stalingrad Encirclement - Conscript" achievement.

Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Had the same issue in the alpha/beta. I had to reinstall steam to fix it :/
