Where is the settings for the Mouse Edge-Scroll speed?

The fact that edge panning cannot be adjusted is a major issue.
If you compare the control in Coh3 to Coh2, the difference is massive.
Coh2 is smooth and responsive where as Coh3 is jerky and abrupt. Add in the fact that the screen is filled with massive amounts of unnecessary icons and notifications as well as units blending into an environment that is ridiculously overdone with distracting detail and the game overall is visually offensive.
Fix the panning or just give up relic. Seriously its that shit.
Then clean up the icon pollution.
Then fix the graphics so that everything doesn't blend in so much.
Then optimise so everything is smooth and not jerky.
Then the game might be playable..

Biggest issue in the game for me. It's pointless to post it here though. You should go to the official forums so Relic is aware that it is a pressing issue. I feel like it has flown under the radar so far.

I founnd even a setting in option files, but it has no effect

Just noticed recent patch has added edge panning adjustment, as well as a few other changes to settings.
Huge improvement!!
I also downloaded latest drivers for graphics card and the change is night and day.
Game experience for me has gone from absolute trash to beyond what I had hoped for...
Extremely optimistic now for future of game.

They should have this option from release, the quality goes down and down...
