Normally I would agree but Elite Armored King Tiger Vet 1 gives: Vision from Commander upgrade + Vision from vet1 ability + dirt cheap arty shots that dismantle everything + HEAT rounds which can 2 shot TDs.

Sure if u are rich on munition lol
Like 80 muni for arty and 40 for heat is cheap to play whole game. And the arty does not come instant like soviet mg planes. At guns can just move away and 80 muni wasted.

KT cannot 2 shot any 640 medium or TD even with heat.

240 dmg + 30% = 314 dmg. 2 shot = 628, Your tank is completely "out of action". Most of the time there are always a follow shot from ATG, tank so...
