1. 1cp, unlock soviet naval troop, 360MP, a 6man elite marine squad can be call in to crush the enemy, equipped 4 svt-40 rifle, 2 ppsh SMG, and can throw AT , AI and smoke grenade.
2. 2cp, elite troop weapon package, all infantry can know upgrade their weapon to ppsh SMG or svt rifle.
3. 2cp, elite troop armor package, all infantry can equip light body armor just like the one in shock troops.
4. 4 cp, Sherman tank jumbo support, two M4A3E2 jumbo sherman can be called in to support battlefield,
5. 5cp, IL2 strafe run!!

This commander has a general lack of Bear Cavalry. The Putin is a great game finisher, but some Bear Cavalry for the mid game is a must.
