Sov units stuck on map. by halftrack

Sov units spawned with halftrack. removed halftrack and units stayed.. and now those units makes errors on map and im unable to remove em. anybady got same problem?

Clearly this has same problem.. but opening console is next problem. trying tapping ~ wont really work for me. so is there other way to open console?

im using finnish keyboard and it variates on litlebit on some nations... so it may be issue.. but i really dont know.
i have trying to google up alot information but for getting nothing.... still those units iddle on map

If you are on Windows you can use the on-screen keyboard although I'm not sure if it's available to you if you're using a Finnish version.

That's strange, it works for me. By the way it's the left quote (`) not tilde (~) so you don't need to hold shift for it.
