Latest patch included in modtools?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I've heard the attrib file included in the current mod tools is woefully out of date. I'm just wondering, what is the latest patch included in the mod tools? And to those of you who try to keep your mods up to date with the live version--how?

The last included patch is the Winter Balance Patch from 2020. The hotfix from April 22nd 2020 and beyond are missing.
I keep my mod somewhat up to date by recreating all changes based on the patchnotes: https://community.companyofheroes.com/discussion/67/coh-2-changelog/p6
Though I am probably the only one crazy enough to choose this approach..
