HEAT rounds for P4's and Panthers only. Not stugs not Ele's just p4 and Panthers. I'm mean break through equipment is utterly unthematic for this doc.
You don't even have to make em the same way as okw.
for p4, 40 muni +25% damage(200 dmg overall)
for Panther 70 muni for +25% damage(200 dmg overall)
Why cant we have HEAT rounds in JA doc
