How to stabilize FPS in the game?

At the beginning, 100-80 frames in the game, after a while the number of frames sags to 50-40. How to stabilize, increase the FPS?

I've got RX 580 with Ryzen 1600 and 16 GB of Dual Channel RAM. Temps are perfect (mid 60s C). In 3v3s the FPS drops all the way to 20-30. Sometimes even 10 FPS on average.
I have noticed: Radeon Settings -> specific settings can impact the FPS hard

Other than that, I do not know. Tinker with the settings. Also, keep in mind that the game likes strong single core power and likes Intel CPUs over AMD ones.

Since COH2 has broken physics I would try turning that off first. I dont recall ever noticing any changes with physics???
The Image Quality is the next feature to adjust. Real Time shadows is an expensive routine. So as you reduce the quality, Coh2 reduces the size of the real time buffer. The shadows will get pixelated and eventually turn off. But your FPS may improve.
Snow maps you can turn snow quality all the way down.
I see a lot of players turn the TEXTURE quality down to where the ground looks like plastic. This may help some people more than others.
Assuming you are not videocard limited, If you have a good motherboard you can think about getting faster RAM and/or overclocking it. That may give the largest improvement in FPS.

Restart CoH2 after every game. The game has an exponential demand for RAM until your OS kills the program from excessive use. Closing the game frees the used RAM and then when it's restarted it demands less until it builds up again.
I really struggle to understand how a memory leak issue has lasted so long in a retail product like this.

Just poor coding, and to not point fingers to relic directly, a rushed project because of THQs collapse and SEGA's demand for a return on investment. But unless the code is rewritten which could cause a plethora of problems (see 64bit initially), it isn't leaving anytime soon.

The computer is good
Clearly it is not with such drops.
But then again, this isn't most optimized game under the sun either.
If you have paid less then 2000Euro for your setup, it probably will have these issues.
The game doesn't like late game map destruction.

Bullshit, my watercooling Ryzen 5800X, watercooling RTX3080, 64GB RAM, PCI-E 4.0 NVMe SSD, quite top notch in 2021 standard, still have this issue.

you should be getting >60fps even in the most late game 4v4...i think that is acceptable for rts with less scripted gameplay.
do you have a gysnc display? vrr helps tons.

50-40 in 4v4 is acceptable
even in 2v2 is acceptable.
