[CoH2] Universal carrier missing from tools data?

i've been working on a skin for the british, however i've noticed there doesn't seem to be a folder or .sbs file for the universal carrier, is this just not included for some reason? the file for the valentine gave an error because it couldn't link something from its .sbs file, but it doesn't seem to be included. just wondering if this is something they just didn't give for some reason, or if i've missed something or something has gotten messed up on my end.

Sorry, I misunderstood your problem earlier.
You are correct that the UC files seem to be missing from the tools folder. I can't remember if there were there before.
I have some files that could be of use to you, but not the .sbs file.
