Flamethrower explosion critical on Royal Engineers

It is impossible to rebuy the flamethrower or equip sweeper after it's explosion, UI shows that the flamethrower upgrade is chosen despite not being on a squad indicator or in squad equipment at all. No further proof because it is easily checked in cheatcommands.
