Mortar Pit Garrison Bonus

Anyone knows what the garrison bonus for the Mortar Pit does exactly? I remember it used to affect reload but the bonus got changed quite some time ago. Any info would be much appreciated.

Massively reduces barrage cds. Makes first 2 veterency obselete.

ah thanks a lot! i guess it's more than the 0.6 from vet 2 then, but could you also give a number for how much 'massively' is by chance?

Isnt the barage recharge like 5 seconds initially and completely nonexistent with vet anyway?
if you mean the recharge after the full duration of the barrage (i.e. 6 shot salvo for the pit), then yes, since the timer starts counting down with the start of the ability.
however, sometimes you'll want to stop the barrage halfway through to switch targets. in this case the lower cooldown can come in handy.
