Hello everyone,
since im back in CoH2 modding after actually 5 years ive lost nearly all of my Knowledge. I got the Basics back in my mind but im still asking myself how i can create an Action where the russians get automatically conscripts like every 10 seconds. Popcap and resrouces shall be ignored since it should feel like a massive army with Unlimited Manpower.

How is it being triggered?
Most of my ideas are probably bad, - but I try and share lots of them

my Goal was that it would start at the beginning of each match so the soviets get free conscripts

You can put the interval_action in the army tab under start_action. Then perhaps do a filter action for a target (like the HQ)
