Will Relic ever allow us to fully mod the game?

Hi, I just will know if, by any chance, Relic will allow us to fully mod the game? Things like creating new models and introducing new units will probably bring more aliveness to the game. Since this game has already stopped receiving any new content(new models or animations), and also went through a free give away a couple of months ago, I see no reason to keep the modders from digging deeper into customizing the game.

i guess not. i left the game in 2015 because reasons like that and installed again to check it out. but Nothing actually happen sadly
