"you have been disconnected" error

Hi guys,

i allow myself to create another topic on this subject. Because i am victim of that very annoying error. And i could use some help here. It is very simple see for yourself-> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgjTBhyJSsE&t=23s

-I tried to reset my network configuration.(no effect)
-I disable firewall windows and try to play the game (no effect).
-I opened all windows firewall ports (no effect).
-I tried to repeat these steps into my modem router. I think it should work, but i am kind of a noob in these matters.
-I used my android phone to connect, and then it worked fine - so it seems my connection got a problem to connect battlenet, but it's hard to know for sure what it is.


Now it is a weird bug, because of his variability. For example, i wasn't able to play yesterday around 11 am. But between 16h and 20h, it was absolutely fine. This bug occures only with coh2. Games like EU4 or BF2 arent affected.

If someone solved that problem or got an idea, i am open to suggestions. Sega support didn't help much.


Edit: i feel obliged to add that i play this game in my actual configuration (PC + internet) for a year. This situation began around january.
