I have pointed out this issue in the Forum some time ago, but I think it should be looked up again.

Map design has allot to do with the distance one has to travel from base to certain important points.

Generally this rather ok in most map. The problem start imo when "bigger map" are used in smaller "mods".

Since starting position seem to be random in these cases so a team might actually end up starting further away from this points.

A solution imo could be to either force specific starting points or to create a small version MOD by and remove some of these starting points.
