I've experienced this bug for years and years but could never reproduce it, until now.
If you draw a selection box and your cursor touches either the right or bottom edge of your screen the selection box will not disappear when releasing the mouse button, I cannot tell you how many times this has messed up my micro (it is clearly the cause of all my loses Kappa)
This only occurs on at 2560 x 1440 60 / 120 hz - fullscreen window / with -nomovies -window -fullwindow as lunch options.

Wow nice, i had this same issue from time to time and even bought a new mouse because i thought my mouse is broken

Actually I had similar bug with mouse by moving camnera with pressed wheel button - random cursor jumps. Also 2560x1440 resolution.

Tried setting resolution to 2560 x 1442 artificially with gpu software and in-game?
Also is this just windowed mode or fullwindow mode?
