No, i'm saying that those suggestions you made are not QOL changes at all. UI, Visuals are clear QOL. Hold fire/target prioritisation/manual reload are not clear QOL but can clarify as that. Any of those suggestions are more than welcomed every time.

ALL other things you listed are your own personal balance suggestions.

The problem many people do not seem to understand is the balance team is barely assosciated with Relic at all, who have to sign off on any and all changes afaik. So 'simple' 'QOL' stuff becomes "low priority" and delayed ad infinitum.
