Note this is live feedback so I may assume things that prove wrong, but I am lazy.
1. I assume a Penal build is going on here. You went with a dual Engineer open. Your engineer was quickly denied even though you had a cover edge against the volk. You would have done much better with Cons > Penal > Penal > Penal > Field Infirmary etc.
2. You picked a bad engagement here. 3 engineer model and a penal vs 2 volks in cover. I would have immediately run. Then you ran with the engineer(which lost a model with no kills). You left the Penal on it's own. You should have immediately retreated(hard or soft) when you saw you were outgunned. They poorly placed a volk which allowed you to come out okay from that engagement, but it was still bad to start assuming you do not know the player's skill. Overall you made very little ground which could have been mostly resolved by a conscript instead of engineer open. A_E has a video on this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGEPDOZ80Nw
3. You were doubled teamed on the right, I would have gone for the center and the cutoff in this case you were overwhelmed and your ally was gaining ground quite well.
4. You put a regular engineer in a Scout Car. The Penal Squads are pretty much the only squads powerful enough to make this worth it imo. If you had flame that would be a different story.
5. You hit 3 minutes with only having 1 combat infantry on the field. You were building a 2nd. Normally my rule is to have 4 by then. Some exceptions, but less then 3 is very poor for fighting and map control.
6. For your teammate. Ran through red cover against those volks. I try to plot a path on this map to avoid red cover. The volks punished that choice. Try shift to queue up your movements to a safer path and closer to cover. You knew they had time on your side of the map so that was expected that they would have troops there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgJRFlzBMpo Helping Hans has a video on this subject.
7. You may ask why I went on that topic. Well the enemy I am sure noticed that fight. Then you flanked an enemy(2 volks with 1 penal). This is a risky move since you have no grenades. Satchels are too slow to hurt a half decent player that is watching the fight. You should have picked an engagement with have more support. Risk is just too high(especially with your reinforcement cost). Refer back to A_E's video. They didn't play that well the volks should have won
8. You walked into where you knew the enemy was with your Penal and he got wiped. Reference both of those videos again. Huge lose here for a game you were already treading water in at best.
9. Near the center the blob moves and attacks your Penal. Totally outgunned you double down and move the engineer in to face this unstoppable force. Retreat and regroup next time. Again those videos, you should be ready to counter a blob you know is there. Either by having a stronger army(more or better units or better cover). You ended up retreating after bleeding mp. Which means you have to wait longer to get back on the field then if you immediately retreated when you knew you were outgunned.
10. Other thing if a blob moves go where it was. The right side was open again. Okay, I just see you did. It is 5 minutes and you have 2 penals and 1 engineer. That is usually a sure sign you lost the game. Poor start, you picked poor engagements, and you lost track of the enemy movements.
11. You have a penal squad at around 70% health and 6 men. He will drop models fast since they are all low. This means sharp dps drops and quick mp loss. Get him back to your very expensive Field Infirmary. You are basically wasting the main purpose of the FI. To save MP for big squads will low health and a lot of men. It has to earn back the 250mp to be worth it.
12. You go PTRS on one of your Penals. Did I mention you only have 2 Penals and 1 engineer? This costs munitions and makes your Penal a paperweight against infantry. This was a bad move. Get some mines or something. You have no anti infantry at this point. Anti tank is great, but it doesn't matter if you can't fight infantry.
13. Again fighting blobs with much smaller forces and bleeding mp. Picked a bad engagement around the VP.
14. Used a satchel in a obviously active engagement. No one is gonna get hit by that and you just lose dps. That model doesn't shoot when throwing. You wasted muni, mp, and dps.
15. You now have 2 PTRS Penals 1 SVT Penal and 1 engineer. And you are building T3. You need more anti infantry I would get more penals or at least a maxim. That could at least hurt the blobs. Which is obvious they are moving in big groups so MG would have helped a lot. You have the AT you need with the guards, but not the infantry to support a T70.
16. Again taking on blobs with a single unit.
17. The chasing a blob through the watery vp. That is red cover. An MG would have instantly suppressed you and you will drop models from infantry super fast. Just no. Especially with one unit.
18. SU76. Again another heavy AT commitment ignoring your huge infantry deficit. If they are paying attention they probably won't even build tank and just crush your AT army with infantry.
19. Forgot about the raketen and rushed your SU76 in. It was killed. You lacked the infantry to support it.
20. Guards now. Even more heavy resource commitment to AT. Welcome MP bleed.
21. You counter blob a much bigger blob with no MG support... Got rekt. This continues for a while so I will stop mentioning the feeding of the blob. If it stops I will mention it.
22. You by far have the least captures in the game at this point. Your teammate is the only one holding ground. Go somewhere else. To the cutoff or the VP etc. Cut that fuel income.
23. Katusha is good to kill blobs so +1 there.
24. Your Guard squad sat at your base at 1 squad for a while. Vet 3. Watch the top right
25. Lost your Katyusha..
26. Okay I am done
Build Orders could use work. Penals should be Conscript(for Merge) > Penal > Penal > Penal > Field Infirmary > Penal then maybe scout car(for range) > T70 or SU76M. Pick Engagements and remember where your enemies are. Watch those two videos very much worth it. Watch your own replays keeping these things in mind. Use a Maxim if you see blobs(but keep it supported). Anything team weapon(mg, at, vehicle) should have infantry support. You lose a ton like you did. Mines win games, especially against blobs.
Keep working on it. The big thing is keep watching your replays and think about this stuff. Evaluate every engagement. If you don't know effective ranges try messing around in cheat mod. If you have any question let me know
