KV-2's are scary good and M-42's aren't that bad. They didn't get very many kills, but they scared the enemy enough to be worth their cost. I think they killed a OKW panzer IV, and their shrapnel is pretty good. I think they should do a bit more damage, though, they're so hard to level up.
