Just to clearify it for the 100th time: If a player opens the stream of a player with equal rank to get the same match, and closes the stream in the load screen just to have a good game, then there is nothing wrong with that.

Anything else... leaving the stream open ("stream ghosting") during the match, being very toxic while you streamsnipe someone, or using fresh smurfs for being able to streamsnipe players whose rank is far below the one of your main account... is an offense you can get banned for.

What is so hard to understand here?

So when Kimbo snipe top 30 player he are bad, but when same make another players thay are good ? Where this different to get good matchup 50 rank vs 200 rank is bad matchup or good ? I dont see any Relic words about it. Did relic matchmaking system work in way where low ranks get priority to get top players ? Or maybe same Elo to same Elo ? Or you think without stream, if Brosras and Noggano find game at same time thay got 1k ranks ? I dont see any problem to play custom games like Brickman make i dont think that all GP friends have same skill like Hooli .
How we know that Noggano and Scotch dont make stream ghosting ? We both know, that this is imposibble to proof.

You are 2 k rank player that got top 10 and he write HF to you, we both know that there will be rape of 2k player, so what fun he get from the game (maybe if he are like **ciano or***dolio he get it). It might be hard to prove 100% someones ghosting but when they admit they are doing it then i dont see how you have an argument.

If rule cannot proof yes/no about ghosting, maybe its bad rule, coz its gives the right to understand each situation in two ways. That waht i dont like, lets image that winner of maraphon will be player who dont run first, but run with corselet. I am pretty sure, if somebody from same ranks will be snipe Fahu/Dane for good match there will be scandal.
