Actually it does. Recheck your or Angreifen's game history.
I have the impression that when one player DC's the game takes a while to call it quits (according to the history, the game lasted 108 minutes, which it likely didn't, right?).

yep exactly, it's a bug that sometimes occurs, but it has nothing to do with high ping or ragequit
